Probe Accelerometer

The KST94 stylus sensor was specially developed for automated vibration testing in mass production. Thanks to the movable probe tip, the sensor can be connected to the test object pneumatically or motorised with a defined contact force.

The sensor system is mounted vibration-isolated in the linear guide in order to decouple guide influences. This results in a determined frequency response that allows frequency analysis beyond the resonance range up to 10 kHz.

The KST94 also features a long service life of over 10 million test cycles.

Easy and reliable calibration of the sensor is possible with the Vibration Calibration System VC120 in combination with the Calibration Adapter KST94-CA.
